Tyson Fury is now hot on the tail of the Klitschko brothers; he is currently ranked No 3 in the world by the World Boxing Council, would you believe.
If only he would have a straight fight with David Price, sadly it might not happen as Price would put a stop to Fury’s big Klitschko payday.
Price says “He does not want to lose his unbeaten record by taking a fight with me first because the Klitschkos won’t want to fight him if he loses.”
Tonight Tyson Fury faces Kevin Johnson at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast. Kevin has already gone 12 rounds with Vitali Klitschko; he lost on points back in 2009. Kevin has never been stopped and only lost 2 of his 31 professional fights.
The boxing is Live on channel 5, the card starts at 9pm Sat 1st December 2012, there are also two other fights worth watching, firstly Kid Galahad, the WBC International Super bantamweight title holder.
Chris Eubank Jr is also fighting tonight, carrying on with his professional career. Eubank is fighting the former Commonwealth champion Bradley Pryce.
Pryce stepped in at short notice for this fight as he is already in training for a December 15th fight.
Back to the Tyson Fury Fight live tonight, who do you think will win, and the bigger question with all the money involved in boxing these days, will it be a straight fight? If it is straight I’d have my money on Kevin Johnson.
