David Cameron Stands Up For His Public Cuts
David Cameron has came out fighting after his very public and large criticism of their public spending cuts announced earlier this week. The whole country has been at David Cameron after public spending cuts appear to be punishing the poor more than the rich in every single way.
This is only opinion however, but here at top news, we feel that David Camerons cuts are more than fair. A quote from David Cameron “The Richer lose a larger percentage” hits the nail right on the head. Yes the poorer part of the population appear to have taken a hit on the cuts as the benefits departments are taking a big chunk of cuts. However this will only hit the poor as they rely on these departments.
This appears to be all everyone is singling out, no one seems to have mentioned a larger tax bill than lower paid earners. Ontop of that the lower end of the high earners will lose all goverment help such as tax credits. What some people don’t realise, is that a person on 100,000 grand a year will pay an awful lot more in tax before cuts, and an even bigger chunk after it. I mean they already lose 40% of their earnings, of which they have worked very hard for!
If the government is going to close the countrys defecit, then cuts and probably big favours from the bank, are the only ways in which it can happen.
