Google have decided to shelve plans to introduce a piece of technology that was causing uproar in the technology and business 
world. If you haven’t heard about it, then where have you been??
This technology is called Street View Wi-Fi and it has huge privacy concerns. Basically, alongside street view, you will be able to see where there is wifi access. Wether it be a house, or business premises you will be able to see who has it and wether or not it is secure. Like the idea of it? Then your the exact sort of person that Google have been trying to avoid telling about this technology.
However after extreme pressure from American government, they have decided to leave the idea well alone. They will however, continue to use their technology to gather information about the locations of their users to help expand their databases.
